Filthy nails RRRR! mong banter
Well I've just been to my last breakfast in college as a student and potentially my last college breakfast ever! I don't know when I'll next drink tea! I go home tomorrow but I'm not really ready to leave (about another 4 years would be nice) I think I might go and give the TV a big hug before leaving (I'm sure I've probably spent as much time staring at it than I have spent with any individuals) This might be my last entry for a while since internet access is a bit more sporadic at home. Now I have to pack up all my stuff then get a nap since its the LMH ball tonight. Bye. Current Mood:  nostalgic |

Filth!
RRRR! Yesterday we did "the 4 hall challenge" then we Filthed it up. People say that spending too much time watching music channels in TV room is pointless, however yesterday in filth I won a free drink by knowing that it was Joan Jet and the Blackhearts that were singing "I love rock and roll", it wasn't Britney, much to the disappointment of all the other people who were trying to win. Dee won a free drink by dancing the best macrarena. Donkey won a free drink by identifying the Banana Splits theme (OK so you don't see that on many music channels but still...) Tay#1 won a free bottle of champagne a couple of weeks ago in filth by knowing the year the Proclaimers released I'm gonna be (500 miles). Which basically means Oriel TV room kick ass at pop music knowledge, I don't want to leave. Current Mood: hungover and hungry |

Yesterday was quite mongtastic. I spent some quality time in Tv room and there was some good banter flying around. I watched both football matches and then spent the rest of the evening down there watching random stuff. Last week I discovered that Minder is shown on Paramount several times a day, I love that show, and now I've got time to watch it. |

So I really am going to be leaving Oriel and Oxford soon. One week tomorrow to be exact. Then I guess I'll have to become a "real" person. No more JCR meetings, no more Shop!, no more Hall, no more TV Room and almost certainly a decrease in the level o' banter. Perhaps I should have deferred or applied for a DPhil? Anyway how should I spend my last week. As I see it the options are: Get horribly drunk each night. Do lots of touristy things. Be very lazy. Theres going to be a womens picnic in 3rd quad on Thursday, how exactly are they planning on keeping it women only. For a start both the entrances to TV room are in 3rd quad. I bet if I wanted to organise a men only dinner then college would frown at the idea and all the women in the JCR/MCR/SCR would call me a bigot. Current Mood:  blah |

RRRR! Parked my end last night for the first time in ages. Despite the temperatures being dangerously high it was good fun. As I was walking/staggering around the club recognised several other mathmos (not just the Oriel ones!), lots of Orielenses and a couple of people I haven't seen for ages. The played The Clash in Park End!! I'm not too hungover, I think today I might go wander around the university museum and possibly the Ashmolean (Britains oldest museum?) Current Mood:  calm |

RRRRR! Don_donkey has sorted me out with another couple of pictures-Thanks In this one I'm sporting the crazy eyed drunk look! I'm now looking on internet for a flat to live in later this year, I think I'll arrange some viewings for when I get home. Parents o' Blunder will probably want to come with me when I look at flats. |

RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Finished finals! Parents have just visited and brought cakes. They brought twice as many as normal and told me to share with other mathmos. I have nothing to do which is great. Thursday was cool. I was first into filth. I was quite drunk, not too bad though. I didn't do anything stupid which is always pleasing. Current Mood: relieved |

So I've reached that point where I don't want to do any more revision, I just want to get to schools and do some maths instead of looking at the same things over and over again. In 6 days time I will probably be quite drunk and insisting that we all get a move to go to Filth! My parents, who thought it would be a good idea to visit me the day after finals finished, took the hint and will now come on saturday instead. (almost certainly means they will bring cakes and I will get them to buy me lunch, probably bangers and mash) I haven't actually been to a pub or club so far this term! So, not much happened today except more revision. Was quite productive until this evening. I don't like working when its dark! Good job fi*#ls are during the day! Yesterday I had dreams about Sub Fusc and cold soup. Maths is definitely rotting my brain far more than alcohol ever could. Today comrade Bursa confirmed that he will be here for the final final. Holmes- You know that it was you who set up this journal. I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow so it will look the same as in my picture. Where is that picture from? And what is that red bit of fluff?
